11 Months Old!

Yep, that means Luke is almost ONE! Crazy to think that it was almost a year ago that we had him, and less than a year before that we were living in a foreign country contemplating adoption. We feel so blessed to have this little baby in our lives!

His approximate stats:

Height: 29.5 inches = 58 percentile

Weight: 20.5 lbs = 25 percentile

He is doing so many fun things lately! It's so fun to watch him learn what things are and what words mean. He can:

• clap and play patty cake (his favorite part is 'roll it')
• give kisses on the cheek when you ask for one
• he's crawling all over the place and pulling himself up
• sleeps in his crib full-time now from about 7-7 or 8-8, but is still waking up once in the night (we're working on that!)
• can do 'bones' or 'knucks' or whatever it's called
• 'talks' a lot and is very social, and loves watching animals like cats or dogs
• is very busy! he loves finding little things on the ground to put in his mouth, and likes to carry objects around with him as he crawls, like, a spoon, a pen, a leggo, a wii controller
• LOVES books! they are probably his favorite toy
